Lymington braved the weather to play New Milton in the Pairs U11 team’s first competitive game of the year.

A big thank you should go to NMCC the opposition for getting the game on.

Lymington batted first on a wet pitch and made a very creditable 236.

New Milton played with great discipline to surpass the total, making 297 in reply.

All the players enjoyed themselves despite the persistent drizzle, and both teams look forward to better conditions for the rest of the summer
